DeanMurray.com Image License Agreement

Upon completion of payment for and the downloading of this image from DeanMurray.com, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

1. You, the purchaser, are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable worldwide license to use and reproduce the image in printed materials, electronic and/or digital media. If you have any doubt as to whether or not the work intended to incorporate this image falls outside of this agreement, you should either buy an extended license and/or contact the creator.
2. The term "Non-transferable" mean s that any work produced using an image purchased from DeanMurray.com must be for your own use or, if you purchased an image on behalf of your employer, your company, a company or client you are producing work for, you, your employer, your company, a company or client you are producing work for must be the end user of the work produced. You must not rent, loan, give, sell or sub-license, or in any way transfer to anyone, or any company the image or the right to use the image purchased from DeanMurray.com and nothing you produce using this or incorporating the image shall grant any third party any right to use or reproduce the image. You agree to take all reasonable steps to prevent the image downloaded from DeanMurray.com from falling into third party hands and/or being distributed or re-used by a third party in any way without direct permission from the original creator of the downloaded image.
3. You may not use this image:
   1. to invade or violate any person's rights.
   2. as a trademark or logo
   3. for any obscene, immoral, pornographic or unlawful publication in any media.
   4. to deform the character of or defame any person.
   5. for uses covering sensitive subjects including, without limitation, topics that may depict the subject matter of an Image in a negative or unfavourable light or subject persons to ridicule.
   6. use in retail photo products – these include but are not limited to, greeting cards, calendars, postcards, stationery, mouse pads, clothing etc
4. You are responsible for the outcome of your use of this image and you indemnify and defend the creator against all claims, damages, liability, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to (1) a breach of this Agreement, (2) the use or modification of any Image or combination of any Image with any other material, (3) your failure to abide by any restriction regarding the use of an Image, or (4) any claim by a third party related to the use of an Image, alone or in combination with any other material. The creator warrants ownership of the copyright for this image.
5. No amendment to this license will be binding unless signed in writing by both the creator and the purchaser.
6. This agreement applies in full to any images offered free of charge.
7. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

Royalty Free License

All images purchased and downloaded from DeanMurray.com are downloaded under the royalty free license and can be used as many times as you like, modified and used in electronic media (such as websites, website headers, website icons and website banners, PowerPoint presentations etc), printed media (catalogues, posters, book covers, magazine covers, book and magazine pages, advertisement flyers, cd and dvd coves etc). Printed media is limited to runs of no more than 500,000 copies. You do not pay any extra license fee for an image that has a royalty free license.

All image downloads offered as free from DeanMurray.com come with only a royalty free license, unless otherwise stated. If you wish to use any images offered as free from DeanMurray.com for anything that falls under any the extended licenses outlined in this document, an extended license must be purchased beforehand.

Unlimited Seat License

An image purchased and downloaded from DeanMurray.com under the unlimited seat license can be used and modified by any number of staff at any 1 given organizations under the royalty free license terms. The unlimited seat license is an extension of the royalty free licence.

Unlimited Print Reproduction

An image purchased and downloaded from DeanMurray.com under the unlimited print reproduction license can be printed an unlimited number of times. The unlimited print reproduction license is an extension of the royalty free licence.

Items For Resale

An image purchased and downloaded from DeanMurray.com under the items for sale license can be used in the creation of items for sale up to the following numbers: 250,000 printed items including stationery, and other paper items. 100,000 posters, merchandise (such as mugs, Frisbees, mousmats etc). 50,000 apparel items such as t-shirts, toys, games etc. The items for resale license is an extension of the royalty free licence.

Digital Items For Resale

An image purchased and downloaded from DeanMurray.com under the digital items for sale license can be used in the production of digital goods for sale such as web applications, templates and PowerPoint presentations. Digital items for sale license runs are unlimited. The digital items for resale license is an extension of the royalty free licence.
